The report writes
itself.
Point Plate at your media and it gives you back contact sheets, camera reports, and metadata summaries as proper PDFs. It probes every file, derives the thumbnails, and assembles the document. You just tell it what shape you want.
Ingest
QTake XML, folder scans, CSV manifests. Plate understands production media structures. Camera rolls, takes, scene/shot/take hierarchies. Just point it at the source.
Probe
Pulls every metadata field it can find (codec, resolution, frame rate, colour space, timecode) and derives LUT-aware thumbnails from the actual media.
Compose
The document is built from blocks (headings, tables, thumbnails, metadata) and you can rearrange them before rendering. What goes where is up to you.
Render
Out comes a PDF: contact sheets, camera reports, metadata summaries. Same input gives you the same document every time, so your reports are as reliable as your data.
